Title: Designing an apparatus for Strain and Temperature tuning of materials during Infrared Microscopy measurements
Project Description: This research project seeks to design and construct an apparatus capable of performing both strain tuning and temperature tuning of materials for Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) microscopy experiments. The development of a multipurpose strain and temperature tuning apparatus will allow for characterization and alteration of the electronic and optical properties of materials.
